Dear Mr. Juliandys.
In a recent shipment from Brand
YG Company, there were two problems. First is damage of the product and price
recording errors.
On 4th January, we
placed the following order: one copy of TL-9987-005 and two copys of
TL-9786-986. One of two product of TL-9786-986 is damage. We are returning the
one copy of TL-9786-986.
And the second problem is price
recording errors. We have paid part of the payment, but not includd in the
invoice. Please correct our invoice.
To resolve the problem, we would
appreciate your is money back and the return. Enclosed are copies of my record invoice.
